# About

 Life Coach Researcher

## Mia Woodward MD

I am a certified life coach & tenured physician-scientist. I study behavior change.

I love my life and career. Coaching helped me accept myself as "me".  I know how to do this work and LOVE it.

With that belief, I have achieved tenure, been awarded grants, lost weight permanently, made new friends, celebrated my beliefs, & enjoyed my adventuresome family.

I am curious. I thrive in teams.

To learn more about me, listen to [my podcast](https://katrinaubellmd.com/weight-loss-success-story-mia-woodward-md/) with Dr. Katrina Ubell, MD, certified life coach.
