What Is the process to create a solid client survey?

You need to choose what questions you are going to ask your clients.

The Steps

1. Perspectives works with you to identify the potential survey categories and questions including:

  • Recommended demographic questions.
  • Domain specific questions - for example, weight, self-confidence, money, stress, health, and more,
  • Language for privacy of information.
  • Language for client consent to use the data in research.

2. From the categories, we hone specific questions.

Some surveys are "pre-packaged" with their questions.

Other surveys are freeform and we chose independently (With my recommendations)

3. We "tally" the questions to estimate time burden to clients.

4. We trial it together until it seems "right".

5. We create a data dictionary.

A Data Dictionary compiles names, meanings, and characteristics of data elements used in a database, information system, or research project.

6. We work together to put your survey on a delivery platform.

7. We test the platform to make sure functions as planned.

8. We collect the survey results.
